Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Production Time Most of our apparel is printed to order to ensure the highest quality.

• Standard Orders: Please allow [3–5] business days for your items to be printed and packed before they are shipped.

• Custom Orders: Large or complex custom orders may require [7–10] business days for production.

• Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Flat Rate Shipping: [5–7] business days.

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Ink & Thread Apparel, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

5. Damages Ink & Thread Apparel, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

6. Incorrect Address Policy Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the item.
